Shipping policy

All our items are made to order so please allow us up to 5 working days (invitations - 10 business days) to make, package and despatch your order to you. . During peak seasons, such as Christmas, First Communion, and summer weddings, the processing time might be extended to 7/10 days. If you need your order more urgently, please message us whisperedgifts@gmail.com before purchasing to find out the current processing time. 

Once despatched, your items will be sent either via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service or by Royal Mail 24 Tracked service or Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next business day. You can choose between the services when you checkout your item. 

Please note Royal Mail 48 is usually delivered within 2-3 working days of being shipped and Royal Mail 24 is usually delivered within 1-2 working days. However, Royal Mail do advise that neither of these services can be guaranteed and at busier periods of the year, you could expect your item to take up to 10 working days to be delivered. 

If your item has not been delivered after 10 working days, please do contact us at whisperedgifts@gmail.com and we will fix this for you.
