If the item arrives damaged please get in touch with me up to 24 hours after receiving it with pictures of the damaged item and packaging. All parcels are insured and we need pictures to make a compensation claim.

Royal Mail deems an item lost after the 10th (in the UK) and 21st (the rest of the world) working day after the due date

Orders are processed and shipped within up to 5 working days (invitations may take up to 10 working days depending on the quantity). Plus delivery time:
- 2nd class service (no tracking): It usually takes 3-15 working days for delivery. Only some orders under £5 have this option. We strongly recommend the Tracked48 service with a tracking number.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 is usually a 2-3 day delivery service.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 is usually a 1-2 day delivery service.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery is usually guaranteed the next working day by 1 pm delivery service.
Please bare in mind that Royal Mail advises that these are not guaranteed timescales and at busier periods in the year, it may take up to 10 working days to deliver your parcel (Special Delivery up to a few days).
